PSAT/SAT
Many colleges and universities no longer require these scores as part or their admission's process, however some still do (and others recommend them). It is the sole responsibility of each student to confirm with each college/university of interest the requirement for these assessments. Outside of college/university admissions, PSAT/SAT scores are often considered for scholarship purposes.

Deadline to register: Tuesday, September 8, 2026 (August 31st for Testing with Accommodations)

How can I study for the test? Visit CollegeBoard for tips and free access to Khan Academy. Additional practice tests are available on the Bluebook app (NOTE: To login to Bluebook, you should first create a Student College Board account). Check out the Digital Testing: Practice Quick Start Guide to begin studying for the exam!
How is the exam administered? Students complete the exam using the Bluebook app.
How do I download Bluebook? The app is already loaded on Summit devices (click on the Apps button on the bottom of your Chromebook screen, prior to logging in). For personal devices, visit Download BlueBook. Bluebook can not be used on personal Chromebooks for testing.
Who can take Summit's Spring Administration of the SAT? 11th & 12th Graders
Do I have to be a student at Summit Learning Charter? Yes
Can 10th graders take this administration of the SAT? No.
How long is the test? Total standard testing time allowed is 2-hours and 14-minutes, not including breaks and instructions.
Where will I be taking the SAT? Summit Learning Charter Campus, 30391 SE HWY 211, Eagle Creek, Oregon 97022.
How much does the SAT cost? This administration is FREE to currently enrolled Summit students.
Can I get reimbursed for taking the SAT elsewhere? Yes, but only once your scores are delivered to your Summit Advisor.
I have an IEP or a 504 and need accommodations. What do I need to do? Complete the Registration Form by the initial sign-up deadline (students who sign-up after this date may NOT be eligible for accommodations). The SSD Coordinator for the test will be in touch with you to discuss and apply for accommodations. PLEASE NOTE: CollegeBoard approves accommodations. Accommodations listed on your IEP/504 are not guaranteed to be approved by CollegeBoard. Students may also apply for accommodations directly with CollegeBoard.

Students who cannot attend one of our School Day Administrations at our Eagle Creek Campus can schedule to take the exam at a location closer to their home on one of the National Test Dates.
